We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform due to factors outside our control, including maintenance or third-party outages. We will communicate scheduled downtime in advance where possible.
4. User Responsibilities
As a User or Learner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or enrolling.
- Use programme materials for your own personal learning purposes only.
- Not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any programme content without written permission from Ilmu Labs.
- Engage respectfully with tutors and any other participants.
- Submit work that represents your own efforts. Submitting work produced by others as your own, or using automation to produce submissions without disclosure, is not permitted.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of our programmes — including recorded sessions, written materials, exercises, and project briefs — is the intellectual property of Ilmu Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal educational purposes during and after your enrolment period.
Work you produce during a programme (projects, exercises, code) remains yours. By submitting work for tutor review, you grant Ilmu Labs permission to review and provide feedback on that work for the purposes of the programme.
6. Payment Terms
- Programme fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment.
- Payment methods accepted are confirmed during the enrolment process.
- Refund policy: Enrolments may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of payment, provided the learner has not accessed more than 25% of the programme materials. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
- We do not offer partial refunds for incomplete programmes unless the cancellation falls within the 7-day window above.
7. Programme-Specific Terms
The following apply specifically to our educational programmes:
- Access period: Learners retain access to recorded sessions and written materials after their programme ends. Tutor support and graded feedback are available during the active programme period only.
- Completion record: A completion record is issued to learners who submit all required exercises and the final project (where applicable). This is not an accredited qualification.
- Academic integrity: Submissions must represent the learner's own work. We reserve the right to withhold completion records where this is not satisfied.
- No employment outcomes are warranted. Completing a programme does not constitute a commitment from Ilmu Labs to assist with employment, referrals, or certification from any third-party body.
8. Disclaimers
Ilmu Labs provides its programmes and website content on an "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about:
- The completeness or accuracy of programme content at any given time

AI and machine learning is a rapidly evolving field. While we update materials regularly, we do not warrant that all content reflects the most current state of any framework, tool, or technique.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ilmu Labs, its directors, tutors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our programmes or website.
11. Termination
Ilmu Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any programme where:
- A learner has materially breached these terms
- A learner has engaged in conduct that disrupts the learning environment
Learners may discontinue a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 6. Post-programme access to recorded sessions is not affected by discontinuation.
