Do I need a degree in computer science to join?
Not at all. Our Foundations programme asks for some programming familiarity — basic Python is enough. The Applied Deep Learning and Generative AI tracks require a bit more background, which we outline clearly on each programme page.
How much time should I set aside each week?
Each programme is designed around a manageable weekly commitment — typically around 5–8 hours per week, depending on your pace. Recorded sessions mean you're not locked to a fixed schedule.
What happens if I fall behind during a programme?
We understand that life gets in the way sometimes. Tutors are available to help you catch up, and recorded materials mean you can revisit anything you've missed. Reach out to your tutor early if you're finding things difficult — that's what they're there for.
What is the fee structure and how do I pay?
Foundations is RM 150, Applied Deep Learning is RM 630, and the Generative AI track is RM 400. Payment details and options are shared after your enquiry is confirmed. We accept standard Malaysian payment methods.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a programme?
Learners who complete all modules and project submissions receive a completion record from Ilmu Labs. We focus on what you're able to build rather than the paper itself — employers and clients tend to look at your project portfolio first.
Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
Programmes include a mix of recorded sessions you can revisit on your own schedule, plus opportunities to interact with your tutor and ask questions in writing. You won't be left waiting until the next live session to get an answer.
How is my data and privacy handled?
